I went to the mall (again) with my friend J after church the other day. I told myself I shouldn't buy anything and I was doing really great until we got to American Eagle...there was a 40% off your total purchase deal going on so J and I decided to look around....and we saw these shoes!
There were some other designs but after trying them on for about 15 minutes, we decided we liked the polka dot design the best...so we bought them! I think they're ridiculously cute. Plus they were only $12 after the discount :D
Right before I went to pay for the shoes, I decided to quickly browse the shirts on the sales rack. I immediately saw this shirt and thought it was really cute, but couldn't find a price tag so I figured I would go ask how much it was as I was paying for the shoes. I told myself I wouldn't pay more than $6 for this shirt, so I was pretty happy when the salesgirl told me that the sale price was $6. She applied the 40% discount and it turned out to be only $4!
I should really stop buying things until I finish college applications! I really, really don't like writing college essays...
aw those shoes are so cuteee! and cheap! nothing gets better than that~ and I have the same shirt but mine wasn't $4 :( I think I paid near $10 for it... blah T_T
